Horny the Toad is the head of the school of Necromancy. He is also a "Keeper of the Coin", which is in charge of maintaining and managing guild assets.
Rumor has it, that Horny is also the head of the Dark Magic Guild, a secret and mysterious sect of the Magic Guild, which does their nefarious business in a hidden part of the guild headquarters. Most are too afraid to mention the Dark Magic Guild openly, but if you are daring enough, you might find someone who can tell you more about it.
Besides his involvement in the Magic Guild, Horny also runs the local strip club Horny Toadz. It is rumored that he also runs a MC through that facility called Horny's Angels.
